I believe the Recruiter is really the best hiring management software. I've seen at least a dozen of the kind before I was advised to take a look at the Recruiter. The first thing I've seen in the demo was a graphic scheme depicting a candidate selection process I was trying to draw on paper at the moment! I never saw such a handy tool giving control over the recruiting process in any other program. I've purchased the Recruiter a month ago, but I discover more and more handy things so far. Today I'm only sorry for I have not learnt about the Recruiter earlier.
