HireSpider instantly provides you with all the job opening requisition information specified by each hiring manager, such as which jobs still need to be filled, which candidates have been presented or rejected, and the hiring manager's feedback on each candidate. You can assign each hiring manager specific HireSpider Internet access rights to parts of your database so that they can track your own progress and view candidates simultaneously.

Managing Job Requisitions
When a new job becomes available, the hiring manager visits your HireSpider web pages, logs in and enters the job requisition. This initiates the hiring process. The requisition automatically goes through the approval process and, once approved, become available for candidates to view. The hiring manager can then follow the entire hiring process online as it happens.

Considering Selected Candidates
After preliminary selection by the recruiter, candidates are then presented to the hiring manager for further consideration. The profiles of each candidate directed to the manager are displayed in an individual control panel that is custom created for each hiring manager. In addition, a special notice containing a hyperlink to this profile is emailed to the hiring manager. Depending on the decision made by the manager, HireSpider transfers the initially proposed candidates either to the rejection list or to the pending hired list. If necessary, an approved candidate may then be transferred again to recruiters for further consideration (for example, to carry out thorough reference checks, or to set up personal interview.

Searching For Candidates In The Database
To accelerate the hiring process you can give hiring managers access to candidate information in your database. HireSpider allows you to define fields on an application form, which managers can then search and which is shown on the compiled list of candidates. For example, you may exclude contact information. Depending on the hiring process used in your company, managers may request the contact information of the candidates or may request that the recruiter proceed with the rest of the agreed hiring process.

Creating reports
Since HireSpider works within the environment of an Internet browser, any information shown on screen can be printed out if required. For example, hiring managers can print out job openings, ToDo lists and profiles of the candidates that he is reviewing for a personal interview.
