This position requires someone to lead and motivate an inside sales team of audio and video distribution products. This person will train and support new team members, champion new niche markets and resolve conflicts between dealer and direct sales team. Other responsibilities include follow through on customer needs and requests and taking on special projects that benefit the sales organization.
